2025-0050 Authorize a ratification for the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-018-7043 for Electronic Poll Book Services, for the Elections Department, and authorize the Purchasing Department to release, advertise, and negotiate within statutory requirements. On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: No cost consideration to release RFP; Funding TBD prior to contract consideration Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize a ratification for the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-018-7043 for Electronic Poll Book Services, for the Elections Department, and authorize the Purchasing Department to release, advertise, and negotiate within statutory requirements.
