2025-0264 Approval of a User Agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety for Driver Record Monitoring Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the User Agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety and authorizes the County Judge, the Chief Information Officer, and the Chief Information Security Officer to sign the User Agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
