The City of Austin is requesting a Ross Road Annexation Area Written Agreement Regarding Services for 9.776 acres of Ross Road right-of-way, currently being annexed by the City of Austin. The Commissioners Court approved a request from the City of Austin to authorize annexation of a portion of Ross Road North on October 7, 2025.  <br id="isPasted">Prior to an ordinance being adopted by the City of Austin for the annexation, “state code requires that the City execute a service plan agreement with Travis County on which services will be provided in the annexation area."
