2025-1128 Approve 2026 BioWatch Laboratory Technical and Management Support Funding On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund:46600 Project:08801 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Health Affairs’ Requisition/Reference No. RWOS-25-0075 (Contract No. 70RWMD25P00000024), BioWatch Laboratory Support Funding to DCHHS in the amount of $90,000.
