2025-0314 Authorize and Approve Nondisclosure/Confidentiality Agreement between Advanced Health Outcomes LLC and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services for Electronic Case Reporting (eCR)/Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (CCDA) data work for the Ending the HIV Epidemic program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 46600 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Nondisclosure/Confidentiality Agreement between Advanced Health Outcomes LLC and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services for Electronic Case Reporting (eCR)/Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (CCDA) data work for the Ending the HIV Epidemic program and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.
