2025-0374 Authorize and approve Administrative Payment from Atmos Energy, Sharing the Warmth Program in the total amount of $95.62 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 466 Grant: 0838214 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the administrative payment of $95.62 and authorize DCHHS to establish requested budget to offset expenditure for the program.
