Commissioners Court approved Contract No. 4400008345 for the Slaughter Lane East Median Improvement on June 2, 2026. Transportation and Natural Resources (TNR) has requested termination of this contract, as it is no longer needed due to a potential overlap in scope with the City of Austin’s current construction plans in this area.<br> <br>Pursuant to the Contract's Section 10.4 Termination for Convenience, if this termination is approved by the Court, the Purchasing Agent will issue a written notice of termination and within thirty days after receipt of this notice, the Consultant shall submit a statement showing in detail the services performed under this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.
