2025-1093 FY2026 Dallas Initiative for Diversion and Expedited Rehabilitation and Treatment (DIVERT) Court Escrow Fund Budget On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: DIVERT Court Escrow (40042) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Dallas Initiative for Diversion and Expedited Rehabilitation and Treatment (DIVERT) Court proposed escrow operating budget of $91,200 for the 2026 fiscal year and the accompanying itemized budget overview.
