2026-0673 Authorize Work Order No. 01 between Dallas County and UES Professional Solutions 44, LLC to fund Professional Engineering Laboratory Services, Construction Material Testing and Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Chalk Hill Trail Phase 1, Trail and Preserve Program 90155 Road and Bridge District 4 On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 2, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196, Project 90155 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 01 between Dallas County and UES Professional Solutions 44, LLC in order to perform professional engineering laboratory services, construction material testing and geotechnical engineering services for the Chalk Hill Trail Phase 1, Trail and Preserve Program 90155. The total cost of Work Order No. 01 is not to exceed Thirty-Five Thousand, Sixty-Six Dollars and no cents ($35,066.00). The project is being funded by Trail and Preserve Program Fund 196 Project 90155. A transfer is necessary from Fund 196 Project 8201 to Trail and Preserve Program Fund 196 Project 90155.
