On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and accept the attached copies of the register of approved checks, authorized claims certification, minutes of requisitions, and payroll registers from the date of July 14, 2025, through August 1, 2025, and herby orders that the attached copy of the said reports be published in accordance with State Law.
