2025-1491 Authorize Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Raba Kistner, Inc. to fund Professional Specialty Services on the Simonds Road Bridge at Hickory Creek, Road and Bridge Reserves Project 0002N On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 100.10500.2550.68312 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Raba Kistner, Inc. for professional specialty services in response to TxDOT’s bridge inspection. The Consultant will develop plan details for cleaning and sealing bridge joints, finalizing plans for advertisement readiness, responding to pre-bid questions, and attending meetings for the Simonds Road Bridge at Hickory Creek, Road and Bridge Reserves Project 0002N. The total cost of Work Order No. 1 is not to exceed Thirty-Nine Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars, and Eighty-Four cents ($39,356.84). The Project is being funded by Road and Bridge Reserves Fund 10505, Project 0002N (100.10500.2550.68312.70000.0000).
