Randy Halprin, Cause No. F01-00327-T; in the 283rd Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Attorney Fee Contract with attorney Brian Wice, who is appointed by the Dallas County District Attorney, John Creuzot, as a special prosecutor to represent the State and provide appellate services in the matter styled State of Texas v. Randy Halprin , Cause No. F01-00327-T; in the 283rd Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas. The fee is capped at $15,000.00.
