Staff recommends approval of Modification 2 to Contract No. 4400000870 with Universal Tech Movement. The modification replaces Attachment A and B in the contract to reflect changes to align the work statement and budget to the program operations.  The contract funds a program that provides technology and digital literacy training, internet access, and workforce development to underserved individuals to close the technology skills gap and digital divide.
