Rastegar Related Fund Management Infinity Park Property Owner LP to enter into a License Agreement with Travis County for drainage facilities and related improvements limited to rain gardens within portions of the right-of-way of McAngus Road, maintained by Travis County.<br id="isPasted"> <br>The rain gardens covered by the proposed license agreement are a part of a 12' pavement expansion on approximately 5340 LF of McAngus Road per the TA construction agreement for McAngus Industrial projects. These improvements were reviewed under site permit application #23-42285. The subject improvements do not reduce sight distance conditions or place unacceptable hazards in the clear zone.<br> <br>Rastegar Related Fund Management Infinity Park Property Owner LP has provided Travis County with the required security deposit, in the amount of $254,117.71, to be used for removal of the licensed improvements, and restoration to County right-of-way standards in the event the licensee does not fulfill obligations covered in the agreement. Additionally, the licensee shall provide the County with a certificate of insurance coverage for the improvements, naming Travis County as an additional insured, within 21 days of approval.
