A. <span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">A resolution and signature authority form must be completed for the General Land Office to provide reimbursement to Travis County for completion of the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Program grant award within Emergency Services. The attached resolution and signature authority form will be submitted following approval by the Commissioners Court.</span><br>B. T<span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true"><span data-teams="true"><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">he TCDAO modification request is to extend the project period from 9/30/2026 to 9/30/2027.</span></span></span><br>C. T<span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true"><span data-teams="true"><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">he FMD modification request is to extend the project period from 7/31/2026 to 6/30/2027.</span></span></span><br><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true"><span data-teams="true"><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">D. The HHS amendment increases the award amount by $615,755, which brings the total award to $4,951,727 (from $4,335,972). </span></span></span><br><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true"><span data-teams="true"><span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">E. A joint letter of support with the City of Austin for ECHO's application to the St. David's Foundation.</span></span></span>
