Determining the costs of certain public improvements to be financed within Improvement Area #1 Tract C-4, Improvement Area #1 Tract C-13, and Improvement Area #3 of the District B. Approving a preliminary amended and restated service and assessment plan, including updated Improvement Area #1 and Improvement Area #2 assessment rolls and proposed Improvement Area #1 Tract C-4, Improvement Area #1 Tract C-13, and Improvement Area #3 assessment rolls C. Directing the filing of such proposed assessment rolls with the County Tax Assessor-Collector to make available for public inspection
