This contract will provide an Energy Management Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Travis County Facilities Management Department. The software will enable the County to monitor, analyze, and optimize energy consumption across its facilities, improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, protect sensitive utility data, integrate with existing building management systems, and provide comprehensive reporting with minimal implementation effort. On January 31, 2025, Doc1443190668 was released in Ariba, and opened on March 3, 2025. Sixteen (16) vendors viewed the solicitation and one (1) response was received. On May 13, 2025, the vendor submitted their Best and Final Offer (BAFO). Facilities Management Department (FMD) recommends awarding to, Tango Analytic, LLC. The Purchasing Office contacted vendors who reviewed the solicitation but did not submit a response to determine the reason for their non-participation. One vendor indicated they were unable to meet the County’s security requirements and another was not able to meet the submission deadline.
