2026-0869 Authorize Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Braun Intertec for Laboratory Services on the Simonds Road Bridge at Hickory Creek, Road and Bridge – Bridge Maintenance and Reserves Project 0002N On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 4, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Road and Bridge Reserves Fund 10505, Project 0002N (100.10505.2550.68312.70000.0000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Braun Intertec in order to perform laboratory services for the Simonds Road Bridge at Hickory Creek Project, Road and Bridge – Bridge Maintenance and Reserves Project 0002N. The total cost of Work Order No. 1 is not to exceed Four Thousand, Six Hundred Forty-Three Dollars, and no cents ($4,643.00).
