This contract provided consulting services during Phase I of this project to investigate the ADA List of Report Items and their referenced deficiencies within twelve (12) locations. The ADA List of Report Items provided a breakdown of items that the consultant investigated and determined which items were feasible to correct and which were not.<br><br>Contract Modification No. 1 is for Phase II of this project for the production of construction documents consisting of the additional eight (8) Work Products; Site Survey, Schematic Design, Site Permitting, Design Development, Construction Drawings, Building Permitting, Bidding and Construction Administration for six (6) of the twelve (12) locations investigated in Phase I.
