The City entered into the Landscape and Maintenance Services Agreement with Manor Maintenance, Inc., on August 18, 2022, for a three-year term, and on August 5, 2025, for the first one-year renewal.  This item authorizes the second one-year renewal under the same terms and conditions.  <br><br>Funding source will be across two fiscal years.  Two months will be covered out of the FY26 general fund budget with the remaining needing to be funded out of the FY27 general fund budget.
