2025-0977 Authorize and approve Mutual Non-Disclosure Document Agreement between Allata LLC and Dallas County Information Technology to demonstrate an AI Accelerator On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NONE Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve Mutual Non-Disclosure Document Agreement (NDA) with Allata LLC to improve County AI Capabilities. The County Judge is required to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after approval by the Commissioners Court.
