Payments dated February 4, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Major Capital Development Fund (19600) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Funding and Transfers for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund Close-Out Related Projects, Invoices, and Misc. Payments as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer for February 4, 2025 and authorize any transfers to be executed.
