2025-1489 Authorize Work Order No. 4 between Dallas County and Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. to fund Professional Specialty Services on the Parkinson Road Over Ten Mile Creek Tributary Bridge Improvements, Road and Bridge Reserves Project 0002T On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 10505, Project 0002T Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 4 between Dallas County and Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. for professional specialty services in response to TxDOT’s bridge inspection. The Consultant will design the embankment repair of the southeast approach of Parkinson Road over Ten Mile Creek Tributary, provide bidding and construction administration and Parkinson Bridge/Trinity River Corridor Development Certificate preparation for Parkinson Road over Ten Mile Creek Tributary Bridge Improvements, Road and Bridge Reserves Project 0002T. The total cost of Work Order No. 4 is not to exceed Four Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars and no cents ($485,600.00) . The project is being funded by Road and Bridge, Road Reserves Fund 10505, Project 0002T. Done in open Court December 16, 2025 by the following vote:
