2025-1110 Request to Use Parking Lots at 2355 and 2377 Stemmons Freeway for the Crystal Charity Ball On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve of the request to use parking lots at 2355 and 2377 Stemmons Freeway to handle overflow parking for The Crystal Charity Ball.
