2026-0625 Authorize, approve, and ratify the execution of the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) Bridge/Release Agreement between the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and Dallas County to address the September 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024 coverage period and receive reimbursement in the amount of $174,230.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 12000 Cost Center: 5210 - Health Administration Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize, approve, and ratify the execution of the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) bridge/release agreement between the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and Dallas County to address the September 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024 coverage period and receive reimbursement in the amount of $174,230.00; and formally ratify the County Judge's execution of the agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
