On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: TBD Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-XXX-XXXX for Certified Language Interpreters, American Sign Language Interpreters, and Communication Assisted Realtime Translation Services for Dallas County’s Courts, and authorize the Purchasing Department to release, advertise, and negotiate within statutory requirements.
