2025-1474 Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Health for the Developmental/Cognitive Clinic Project On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: ARP - Fund 464 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Health for the Developmental/Cognitive Clinic for the original amount of $1,226,951, extending this project to September 30, 2026.
