2026-0241 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 5 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001122200003 – HIV/Ryan White (RW) to increase the total contract amount by $3,974,150, revise certain attachments to the contract, and extend the contract term through March 31, 2027 with No Grant Match Required On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Grants: 6560026, 6560326 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 5 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001122200003 – HIV/Ryan White (RW) to increase the total contract amount by $3,974,150, revise certain attachments to the contract, and extend the contract term through March 31, 2027 with no Grant Match Required, and authorize the County Judge to sign on behalf of Dallas County.
