2025-1492 Approval of the one-year renewal option of Professional Services Agreement with Corrections Software Solutions, LP, to provide Pretrial Services with a case management system for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, grant a sole source exemption pursuant to Section 262.024(a)(7)(A) of the Texas Local Government Code, and enter the sole source statement from the Purchasing Director into the minutes - Amount not to exceed $95,232.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.4461.62094.40000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve the one-year renewal option of the Professional Services Agreement with Corrections Software Solutions, LP, to provide a case management system, for Pretrial Services, for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
