2025-0030 Approve Courtroom Audio and Visual Equipment Improvements at the George Allen Building for Probate Courts – In the Amount of $555,400 – Funding Available Within County Clerk Records Management Fund (43000) and General Fund (12000) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: County Clerk Records Management Fund (43000) and General Fund (12000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Courtroom Audio and Visual Equipment Improvements at the George Allen, Sr. Courts Building for Probate Courts – in the amount of $555,400, with funding available in County Clerk Record Management Fund (43025) and General Fund.  County Clerk Records Management Fund – 100.20400.9250.62093.43000  General Fund (District Court Administration) – 100.12000.4051.62093.40000 The cost distribution between the funds for the briefing should be $300,500 from County Clerk Records Management Fund (43000) and $254,900 from General Fund (District Court Administration).
