2025-1331 District Attorney – Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement Filings and Certification Data for FY2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: District Attorney - Forfeiture Funds and Escrow Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the filing and certification of the District Attorney’s Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement Filings and Certification Data for FY2025 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents.
