2025-1435 Authority for Approval of Interdepartmental and Surplus Property Transfer Requests dated December 16, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interdepartmental and Surplus Property Transfer Requests as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer for December 16, 2025, and authorize any property transfers to be executed.
