2025-0695 Homeland Security & Emergency Management – Authorize the Approval of the 2025 Dallas County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: No Cost Associated Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the submission of the Dallas County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan to be eligible for grant funding, which will go towards Dallas County's Emergency Management Plan and authorizes the signing of the mitigation plan resolution.
