Consider, discuss and take all appropriate action to approve Resolution and Order adopting the Department of Information Resources (DIR) developed Artificial Intelligence (AI) System Code of Ethics and certain required minimum standards, in compliance with Tex. Govt. Code §§ 2054.702(c) and 2054.703(c), and 1 TAC §219.11, as per SB 1964 (2025-2026) 89(R), and authorize applicable County departments to take all appropriate action to effectuate same. Further designate IT Director, Bobby Powell or his authorized designee, as the County’s AI Risk Officer pursuant to said minimum standards as per 1 TAC §219.21.
