2025-0305 Appointment to the North Central Texas Council of Governments Executive Board (NCTCOG) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby appoint County Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins to serve on the North Central Texas Council of Governments Executive Board (NCTCOG), for a two-year term, expiring January 31, 2027.
