2025-0318 Authorize and approve an additional $81,725.77 for a total cost of $873,443.73 for the renewal of the Adobe Enterprise and Adobe Sign Enterprise Annual Maintenance. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the additional $ 81,725.77 for Adobe Enterprise and Adobe Sign Enterprise Annual Maintenance Renewal purchased from Insight Public Sector Inc. use the DIR-CPO-5239 for a total cost of $873,443.73 with funding from the Major Technology Fund - Maintenance Account (100.19500.1095.62356.10000).
