2025-1089 Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal – Authorize and Approve the Agreement with Visiting Nurse Association of Texas; Authorized Contract Amount $94,082 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby The FY2026 contract with the Visiting Nurse Association of Texas in the amount not to exceed $94,082 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County. The contract begins on October 1, 2025, and ends on September 30, 2026.
