2026-0623 Authorize and approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between The University of Texas at Dallas Student Health Center and Dallas County, Texas on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) STI Mobile Unit to provide free, on-campus sexually transmitted infection (STI) screenings and related education to currently enrolled UTD students On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between The University of Texas at Dallas Student Health Center and Dallas County, Texas on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) STI Mobile Unit to provide free, on-campus sexually transmitted infection (STI) screenings and related education to currently enrolled UTD students.
