Fonda Boyd Retirement On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby join with department leaders, co-workers, and friends of Lt. Fonda Boyd as she looks forward to a well-deserved retirement after 37 years of committed service to the citizens of Dallas County.
