2025-0171 Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Contract; Continuation; Dallas Metrocare - Personal Family Assistance Services increase; Authorize Contract Amount $664,886 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment 1 to the Agreement increasing the FY2025 contract with Dallas Metrocare – Personal Family Assistance in an amount not to exceed $664,886 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County.
