This item allows the Planning and Zoning Commission to make a recommendation and submit a final report to City Council regarding the requested zone change. Final reports must be made within 30 days of the close of P&Z's public hearing and prior to City Council holding its public hearing. The property owner is requesting an amendment to the PUD/SUP ordinance to allow a new tenant that is currently occupying the building, NAICS #4591 - Sporting goods, hobby, and musical instrument retailers. Staff also reviewed other uses and suggested adding additional uses to maybe avoid more amendments to the ordinance in the future. More details are included in the attached Rezoning Report.
