The District 3 appointee is John Proctor. The District 4 appointee is John Martinez. The County Judge appointee is Tamela Thornton. On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the appointment of the five (5) initial members to the Dallas County Housing Finance Corporation 2025 Board of Directors, and authorize staff to coordinate related organizational actions necessary to initiate Board operations.
