2025-0381 Authorize and approve the Personal Services for Security Compliance Manager – Eddie Florentino with Ignite Consultants, LLC for the period of April 2, 2025 through October 2, 2025, approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) personal service; funding from the Major Technology Fund – Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) amount not-to-exceed $151,200.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorized the County Judge to sign the Personal Services Contract with Ignite Consultants, LLC for the services of Eddie Florentino; for the period of April 2, 2025 – October 2, 2025.
