2026-0058 Authority for Approval of Interdepartmental and Surplus Property Transfer Requests dated January 20, 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 20, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interdepartmental and Surplus Property Transfer Requests as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer for January 20, 2026, and authorize any property transfers to be executed.
