City of Killeen Featherline Road Open House Chaparral High School- Cafeteria (4400 Chaparral Road) Tuesday, June 23 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Presiding: Mayor Joseph Solomon Attending: Councilmembers Charles F. Kimble, David Bass, Anthony Kendrick, Mellisa Brown, Beverly Ann Williams. Also attending were Assistant City Manager Laurie Wilson, City Engineer Andrew Zagars, and Communications Director Torrie Bethany. Mayor Solomon opened the meeting and greeted all attendees. Residents who wanted to speak were then asked to speak for citizen comments on the project. Citizen Comments on Agenda Items Residents who spoke on the project included: James Seal asking for the developer and staff to keep in mind long-term goals Anca Neagu inquired about the drainage design, the timeline, start and finish of project.
