2025-0899 Approve and Authorize the Personal Services Agreement of Mr. Haegun Chung, System Engineer (Ignite Consults) for the period of August 24, 2025, through November 23, 2025, Approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) Personal Services; Funding Major Technology Fund (MTF) - Other Professional Services, Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000), Amount not-to-exceed $49,680 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Contract with Ignite Consults for the services of Haegun Chung as a System Engineer for the period of August 24, 2025 through November 23, 2025 at a not-to-exceed amount of $49,680.00 from the Major Technology Fund - Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) using Discretionary Exemption 262.024(4).
