2026-0588 National Treatment Court Month On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby NOW, THEREFORE, Dallas County Commissioner’s Court does hereby proclaim May 2026 as National Treatment Court Month and encourage all citizens to recognize and support the ongoing efforts of specialty court programs in improving lives and promoting safer, healthier communities.
