2025-1092 Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal – Authorize and Approve the Provider Services Agreement between Dallas County, Texas and Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas, Inc. for Home Delivered Meal Services; Authorized Contract Amount $9,207 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby the FY2026 resolution and FY 2026 Provider Services Agreement between Dallas County, Texas and Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas, Inc. for Home Delivered Meal Services in the amount not to exceed $9,207 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County.
