Consider and take appropriate action to authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation, a Texas public facility corporation, to grant a perpetual sidewalk easement for the AAUL-Urban Empowerment Zone 1, LLC SHIP project (Contract Number 4600001020), to the City of Austin, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, on a 0.0110 acre tract (477 sq. ft.) tract of land being out of a 1.031 acre tract, being a portion of Lot 1, Block A, Final Plat of the Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block A Resubdivision, Stone Ridge Section One, as recorded in Document No. 202500100, and pursuant to that certain Deed of Trust dated October 3, 2025, recorded in Document No. 2025111039, official public records of Travis County, Texas.
