2025-1042 Approve and file the attached certification for Continuing Education issued to Star Mattox, Executive Secretary On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and file the attached Certification for continuing Education issued to Star Mattox, Executive Secretary of the Treasurer's Office, for completing 7.5 hours of training during the 2025 Texas Association of Counties Legislative Conference.
